Window Cleaning

Window Cleaning Procedures

1.      Inspect the window for excessive stains, damage, surrounding hazards.

2.      Remove the screen if applicable. Clean the screen.

3.      Remove any loose debris.

4.      Clean the window, frame, and sills.

5.      Replace the screen if applicable.

I use a De-ionizing water conditioner to remove all minerals from the water, thus I clean the windows with purified water. Purified water negates the use of any solutions such, as soap, to clean the window. Purified water leaves a spot and streak free clean every time. Dry wool/scraper is used for paint spotting, sticker removal, and hard to remove stains. Extra charges may apply to removal of said stains.

Testimonials

I was so happy with Jerome's work and communication. He gave a fair quote, showed up when he said he would and completed the task in the time expected. No problem- just a great job that we are happy with. We are going to continue using his services on a monthly basis.

Jerome was extremely professional and price was very good! He did an excellent job cleaning the windows at my Public Storage property! Will definitely recommend his services. He even mopped the floor before he left where the water seeped through. Also, very honest. I had called another window cleaner and called him after. I told him, and he asked me to wait and see if the other person came first because he did not want to take away his job. I waited and they never showed up. He then came immediately and again, he did an exceptional job and even cleaned more then he should have. I wish I could have paid him more. Very happy customer:)
